ICAO STP : Airport Customer Service Quality Management
 
COURSE AIM

This course is newly developed by Incheon International Airport ‘s customer service experts
  and accredited by ICAO in Dec 2016.
  This course provides a competency-based training on managing airport customer service quality. Through this course, entry level customer service agents and operational personnel who are involved in airport customer service quality management and terminal operations will be able to obtain necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to ensure that the service offerings are implemented satisfactorily in order to accomplish the goal of reaching high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with corresponding standards and recommended practices.

Inspection of field operations based on SLA(Service Level Agreement)
